ORDERS + SHIPPING

  • We move fast, but not that fast—please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it's on the move.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its every move (and obsessively refresh it—we do it too).

  • Not yet! For now, Gramlin merch is only available within the U.S.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to catch it. Head to gramlinmerch.com/contact to send in a request ASAP.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • Changed your mind? It happens. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    Note: Accessories, limited edition drops, and clearance items are final sale—check the product page for specifics.

  • Just fill out our request form at gramlinmerch.com/contact with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

  • Once your return is approved and received, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to hit your account, depending on your bank.

  • Yep — if we have it in stock. Just submit a request through our contact form with your order number and what you'd like to swap for. If the item’s unavailable, we’ll offer a refund instead. You will be required to pay any difference in amount.

PAYMENT

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    We do not accept cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Bitcoin, or any other cryptocurrencies.

  • Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Stripe, a secure, encrypted payment technology, so your info stays safe (and we never store your card details).
