1. Ownership & Use

This site and all of its content — including product names, images, graphics, text, and logos — are the property of Gramlin and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You’re welcome to browse and shop, but no unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of content is allowed.

2. Product Availability

All merch items are offered while supplies last. If something you ordered sells out or becomes unavailable, we’ll do our best to let you know and issue a full refund or recommend an alternative. Limited runs are limited for a reason — when they’re gone, they’re gone.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the U.S. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, and 5–10 business days for delivery. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Once your order is out of our hands, it’s in the carrier’s — but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@gramlinmode.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

5. Payment & Security

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payments through our checkout system. All transactions are encrypted — because your personal info deserves protection, even if your vibe is a little reckless.

6. User Conduct

Be cool. Don’t misuse the site, spam us, hack anything, or impersonate anyone. If you cause trouble, we reserve the right to restrict access to your account or the site.

7. Age Restrictions

Our products are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age to shop.
